Let's face it: business is personal.

Regardless of whether we are coaching you as a business owner or you as an individual, the intention is the same.

Just the focus and approach varies a bit.

  • In business coaching, we do the work so you actually have a business, not a never-ending job that's not going quite the way you want it to.

  • In personal or professional coaching, we create pathways to a better life or work experience, so you operate from your strengths and understand your needs.

Why Coaching?

Many business owners and professionals never have a trusted advisor and that's a real problem because... we don't know what we don't know.

One of my key learnings from three generations of family business is the power of an inner circle of advisors. One that is as committed to success as you are but that brings perspective that we can't achieve ourselves, as well as significant wisdom and experience.

That's my job as a coach. You know your business and life situation. I bring outside perspective, a hefty toolkit of experience and a safe, structured framework to help you figure it out.

How It Works.

You decide the focus.

We agree priorities and timelines.

I provide the framework.

You do the work.

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® and from my own life experience, I work from a belief that we all have the capacity to achieve the results we want or to resolve what's not working. Sometimes we simply need someone to be a sounding board and guide as we figure stuff out.

As for logistics, we can meet on in-person or on the phone, typically once a week; whatever fits best with your work-life schedule. Generally speaking, I recommend starting with a 90-day time commitment to activate significant outcomes, but sometimes acute support is what's needed.

Let's talk and see if there's a fit.
